St. Louis Hospital Salmonella Outbreak Litigation

Marler Clark represented 5 victims of salmonella poisoning in St. Louis. The victims all consumed food while receiving care or visiting patients at the St. Louis Children’s Hospital. The health department’s final report confirmed the source of the salmonella to be food prepared at the Hospital.

Litigation was instituted in July, 2003, on behalf of one of the Marler Clark clients. Potential resolution of that matter is on hold as the plaintiff continues to seek ongoing medical treatments.
