Holiday Inn Bordeaux - Fayetteville Salmonella Lawsuit & LitigationMarler Clark filed 2 Salmonella lawsuits against the Holiday Inn Bordeaux in Fayetteville, NC on May 28, 2013. The lawsuits were filed on behalf of women who became ill with Salmonella infections after eating at the Cafe Bordeaux located within the hotel. They were two of at least 103 people who contracted Salmonella after eating food purchased from either the Cafe Bordeaux, the All American Sports Bar and Grill, or the hotel banquet kitchen between May 1 and May 20, 2013.
Marler Clark filed a third lawsuit against the Holiday Inn Bordeaux on June 5, 2013.
While an individual food-source had not been identified by the time the lawsuit was filed, investigators from the Cumberland County Health Department learned through their investigation that over a dozen Holiday Inn employees were part of the Salmonella outbreak.
